TH Restoration, Inc. specializes in the exterior restoration and maintenance of the entire
envelope of your facility. This includes all types of exterior construction, roofing, parking surface
and pedestrian walkways, and most interior restorative services. Our services can work in
cooperation with your facilities personnel or we can manage the project from start to finish.

Our project management services begin long before we start the project. Our investigative and
reporting service is part of our proposal process. We believe that a thorough understanding of
the needs of your facility is necessary before we can determine what course of action to
propose to satisfy long and short term goals. Our project management approach stands apart
